Greta!
Sometime in the night Greta pushed the screen out of my window and escaped. Hopefully she will be able to find her way back. Hopefully no one will snag her. She has a collar, but I haven't gotten her tags yet. She's a good cat even if she does sleep all day and whine all night so I do hope after she's done exploring she'll make her way back without trouble.
Perhaps this is a sign that I should not have any pets right now, that I should close my chapter of owning cats and wait until I settle down into my own house and get a dog. Come on! After Oreo, the track record of cats is pretty bad...
