Fish tacos
My friends and I have decided to start having Friday night family dinners. Last night was our first dinner and I made fish tacos. Delicious! I don't like fish and I've never cooked fish before in my life, but I was watching Aartiparty the other day and she inspired me. So fish tacos it was! I was a little nervous to be working with fresh fish, but it turned out great, really it did. And the mint mayo...to die for! Yuuummmm
