I'm so tired. I didn't fall alseep until maybe 3 this morning. Then I got up at 5 and worked a good 45 minutes after my shift was supposed to be over. I tried going to bed at 12:40 but I just laid there and thought and thought and thought some more. I couldn't turn off my brain!
I'm trying not to take a nap so that maybe tonight I'll sleep easily.
