Fingers double crossed
I know this is silly and some might think a little obsessive, but like I said, I don't think Poland would give me a fake address. So I've been fiddling around with the letters, doing some internet research on Polish names, and I think I might've been mistaking his "u" for a "v". So I'm going to try it out and see. It sounds like a lot of effort over some random guy I met, but when do I EVER put any effort forward? I say it's worth a shot!
