Dessert Bar

You know what I think would be cook? To open up a bakery. Not just any bakery. I'm not into making bread and the sort. It would lean more towards desserts. Desserts of all kinds, cakes, pies, cookies, puddings, custards, foreign, local. Stuff like that. Maybe instead of a bakery, more like a bar (similar to a chocolate bar if you've ever heard of one). Yeah, maybe in a big city open late.
