Lost the baby
Well, I came home and took a pregnancy test and the baby is gone. I suppose this is the risk of finding out so early that you're pregnant. You become so invested. You start tracking the baby's growth and your symptoms and you want to start buying things and telling people. You have an ultrasound and then BAM, the very next day your baby is gone. And now you're just left with this baby app that is no longer relevant, but still tracking. You're left with these letters you wrote to the baby every week. And because you're silly, you have four positive pregnancy tests sitting in your drawer from where you tested every week to reassure yourself that this was real. And now you have a negative test to add to the pile.
