Stairs
Well, looks like I'm not going to have any problems staying motivated to keep up my fitness. At work we have a stair challenge going on...which means you have to walk the five flight of stairs to our department at least three times a day. That's up, not down. That's 264 steps a day.
Because I like a good competition, I've banned myself from the elevator. So if I go down, I have to walk back up. No excuses. Soon we're going to be doing a Biggest Loser Challenge.
