Living room workout

Thanks to my new Pinterest browsing, I've started a new workout which is relatively easy as well as short and I still have sore muscles the next day. I'm enjoying it so far and hope to stick with it long enough to increase it.

Repeat 3 times:
20 jumping jacks
15 push ups
10 crunches
25 Russian twists
10 squats
20 knee highs
10 calf raises
30 sec plank
10 side lateral raises
10 alternate hammer curl
20 air bike
10 row boats

Such an easy workout. I try and do it as soon as I wake up, but it's no big deal to save it for later. Eventually, I would like to do it twice a day. Who needs a gym!
