Insanity
It all comes down to willpower. I don't have the willpower to go running. I don't have the willpower to refuse an extra bite of Alfredo. Thank God I have an active job or I'd probably weight 400 pounds. But today I called the lady from the culinary school to make an appointment for a tour. It's a start for the next adventure in my life.
