German chocolate
Oh yeah, I almost forgot! TJ's birthday is coming up and I want to do something special. Since I bought him a hookah for our 1 year, Sarah thinks I should turn the living room into a lounge with pillows and scarves and Indian food. Sounds great in theory, but my first paycheck is not going to be that big. So even though I'm not sure how we should spend the day, I think I would like to make him a German Chocolate cake. Supposedly, it's his favorite. At least, that's what he said almost a year ago. I've never made a German chocolate cake before. Since it's covered with coconut I'm not even sure if I've ever tasted one. But by golly, I'm going to give it a go! I can't wait!
