Chef

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I had gone to culinary school and became a chef like I always thoughts I would. What held me back? What changed my mind? I don't remember and that dream has been locked up for so long I don't know if it's something I would still be interested in anymore. Working in restaurants for the past four years has not helped either.
